No Ajax. The Manchester United midfielder is staying with the team

Recently, there were reports suggesting that Manchester United midfielder Christian Eriksen might move to Ajax.

However, journalist Tim van Dijn has confirmed that the player has no intention of leaving and will remain at Manchester United. His agent, Martin Schutts, stated that they are putting an end to these speculations.

It was in Amsterdam that he took his first steps in big football, being brought up in the team for a while, and in 2010-2013 being a main squad player.

He played 163 games for Ajax - nearly a hundred more than he did for Manchester United - and scored 32 goals, 11 times more than he did in a Red Devils shirt. Moreover, he added 65 productive assists to the higher mentioned result.

Recall, earlier we reported that Manchester United bought players who played at Ajax under Erik ten Hag for over 200 million euros.
