Nike will pay the German Football Association twice as much as Adidas

Recently, the German Football Association officially announced the termination of its partnership with the legendary brand Adidas, which had been the technical sponsor of the German national team for over 70 years.

According to information from Handelsblatt, the German Football Association (DFB) has reached an agreement with Nike for a partnership starting from 2027. Under this agreement, Nike will pay the DFB €100 million annually for supplying equipment to the German national teams from 2027 to 2034. Interestingly, this amount is double the previous agreement with Adidas. It's worth noting that Adidas has been sponsoring the German national teams since 1954.

It's worth noting that the upcoming UEFA Euro 2024 will be held in Germany. In the group stage, Julian Nagelsmann's team will play against Switzerland, Scotland, and Hungary.
