Nicolas Jackson matches Ballack and Essien in key Premier League stat

Chelsea traveled to Manchester City for the 23rd round of the Premier League.

At the start of the match, Chelsea took the lead after a costly mistake by City debutant Abdukodir Khusanov. Noni Madueke calmly converted a pass from Nicolas Jackson.

Interestingly, Jackson has now provided as many Premier League assists for Chelsea as Michaël Ballack, Michaël Essien, and Tor André Flo — all with 10 assists each.

Jackson has been with Chelsea since 2023. The London club paid €37 million to Villarreal for the promising forward. This season, the 23-year-old has scored nine goals and registered five assists in 22 appearances for Chelsea across all competitions.

By the way, it has been reported that Real are targeting the transfer of Chelsea leader Enzo Fernandez.
