The Indian Wells Masters tournament kicks off today, but one of its star tennis players might not make it to the court.

Details: Legendary Australian Nick Kyrgios is once again facing health issues.

Today, Kyrgios was unable to complete his training due to wrist pain. It was a wrist injury that kept the 29-year-old tennis player out for 18 months, and he only made his return to the court during the recent Australian Open.

In the first round of the Indian Wells Masters, Kyrgios is set to face Dutchman Botic van de Zandschulp tomorrow.

Reminder: It was announced yesterday that Serena Williams will become a co-owner of a new WNBA team.
