Neymar declares loyalty to Santos amid contract extension talks

Santos superstar Neymar is set to extend his contract with the Brazilian club until the end of the current year. To mark the occasion, he took to Instagram to express his devotion to his boyhood team.
Neymar shared photos of himself in the Santos jersey, captioned with the brief and heartfelt phrase: “Santos, always Santos 🤍🖤.” With this, he made it clear that he remains an integral part of his beloved club.
It’s worth noting that the Brazilian returned to Santos this winter, initially signing a six-month deal. He made a lively start for the “Peixe” following an unsuccessful stint in Saudi Arabia, but soon suffered another injury that kept him sidelined for a significant period.
Now, however, the forward is fully fit and ready to return to action, and the club appears prepared to finalize an extension. Reports suggest that only minor details remain before the new contract is officially signed.
