Manchester City are ready to unveil a new superstar on the European football stage.
Details: According to renowned insider Fabrizio Romano, Leicester’s 16-year-old talent Jeremy Monga is set to join Manchester City — the deal has already been agreed with both the club and the player’s camp.
The transfer fee will be around £10 million. City managed to close the deal after lengthy negotiations, while Arsenal, who were also pushing hard to sign the 16-year-old winger, failed to make a decisive breakthrough.
Enzo Maresca played a crucial role in the process: he was personally involved in the talks and presented the player with a long-term project, which ultimately convinced Monga to choose Manchester City.
It’s worth noting that in the 2025/26 season, Jeremy Monga played 30 matches for Leicester, scoring 1 goal and providing 2 assists.
Reminder: Manchester City considers signing Real Madrid star.
