Newcastle leader ready to extend his contract with the club, but on one condition

During the winter transfer window, it was reported that Newcastle could say goodbye to Joelinton if he refuses to renew his contract with the Magpies, but it seems there is no talk of a sale just yet.

According to The Telegraph, the 27-year-old midfielder is ready to sign a new labour agreement, but if his salary is on a par with other team leaders. The sum of at least £180,000 a week is called and Newcastle are ready to pay it.
