Today, the men's high jump final took place. The gold was secured by New Zealand's representative, Hamish Kerr, who cleared 2.36 meters. This marks his personal best and the world's best result of the season.

Second place went to Shelby McEwen (USA), while the bronze medal was claimed by South Korea's representative, Sanghyeok Woo.

Yesterday at the World Championships in Glasgow, the first world record was set. Dutch athlete Femke Bol ran 400 meters in 49.17 seconds.
