New twist! The Finalissima could be played in Argentina? Claudio Tapia proposes Argentina as the venue for the legendary match

Details: According to reports, 58-year-old Argentine Football Association President Claudio Tapia has announced that his team is launching a campaign to nominate the Monumental Stadium as the venue for the 2026 Finalissima.

Tapia stated he has no intention of backing down and, despite the Spanish side insisting the Finalissima should take place in Spain, Claudio will personally oversee efforts to bring the match to Argentina:
"We’re going to get to work. Spain wants the Finalissima to be played in Spain, but I want it to be played in Argentina, at the Monumental," Tapia declared.
Earlier, media reports indicated that Qatar could not host the Finalissima due to military aggression from Iran. However, the Qatari authorities maintain that there is no need to change the venue, assuring that everything is under control.
Reminder: Problems arise. CONMEBOL has not yet approved hosting the Finalissima at the Bernabéu
