New opportunity: Napoli eye move for Jadon Sancho

The Neapolitans are looking to strengthen their attack.

Details: According to Gianluca Di Marzio on his page on social network X, Italian side Napoli are showing strong interest in 25-year-old Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho.

At the moment, Sancho is on loan at Aston Villa until the end of the season, but he has struggled to secure a regular place in the starting lineup, making an early return to Manchester a real possibility.

Napoli see Sancho as a high-quality reinforcement for their attacking line. The Neapolitans are also considering moves for Daniel Maldini and Jérémie Boga.

This season, Sancho has played 19 matches for Aston Villa, scoring just one goal.

Jadon Sancho joined Manchester United from Borussia Dortmund in 2021 for €85 million, but he has yet to establish himself as a regular starter, frequently going out on loan to Borussia, Chelsea, and Aston Villa. In total, Sancho has made just 83 appearances for the Red Devils, scoring 12 goals and providing 6 assists.

His current market value is estimated at €20 million by Transfermarkt.
