New investors. FC Paris owner eyes stake in Real Madrid
Real Madrid has begun attracting potential investors through a new company, the creation of which was announced by club president Florentino Pérez. As part of a proposed statute reform, which is expected to be put to a referendum among club members, investors will be offered a stake in the company—estimated at between 5% and 10%.
According to Vozpópuli, two major players have already shown interest. These are the investment fund Sixth Street, which is already collaborating with Real Madrid on commercial use of the stadium, and Bernard Arnault, owner of LVMH (Louis Vuitton), who also has close ties to the club through an official sponsorship agreement.

It is worth noting that Bernard Arnault is already well known for his active involvement in sports business: in November 2024, the Arnault family acquired a controlling stake in French club Paris Saint-Germain.
Furthermore, the statute reform and attracting investors will be a pivotal step in Real Madrid’s strategy to expand its revenue streams and commercial influence on a global scale.
