Napoli have bid in excess of €35 million for Georgiy Sudakov, but Shakhtar Donetsk insist on a higher fee before approving any move.

Details: Napoli formally approached Shakhtar with a package exceeding €35 million for midfielder Georgiy Sudakov.

However, the Ukrainian side deem the bid insufficient and are holding out for a larger transfer fee before granting permission to negotiate personal terms, according to insider, Fabrizio Romano.

Sudakov is reportedly keen on a switch to Napoli, yet, without a matching valuation, no club‑to‑club agreement has been reached.

Reminder: This is not the first time the midfielder has been linked with a move to Serie A — in 2024, Juventus showed serious interest in Sudakov.
