SNL has revealed which players are on Kaizer Chiefs head coach Nasreddine Nabi’s radar.

Details: The insider provided an in-depth look at the transfer interests of the coach and the scouting team.

Apparently, the coach has been eyeing three right-backs: Richards Bay defender Lwandile Mabuya, Lungelo Bhengu from Cape Town Spurs, and Mhleli Mabuza, who was on trial at the club in May. On the left flank of defense, Nabi’s main interests were Fawaaz Basadien (Stellenbosch) and Mohamed Hussein from Tanzanian side Simba.

Despite Nabi’s interest in these players, the Amakhosi scouts and management are leaning towards signing Monyane and Mako:

But it seems the scouts and management prefer Monyane and Mako. So, we’ll see what happens during pre-season—whether the coach sticks to his targets or agrees to bring in the two former Orlando Pirates players.
