Napoli midfielder Piotr Zielinski is one step away from a move to Inter Milan and now the Neapolitans are considering a replacement for the Pole.

According to Calciomercato, Napoli tried to acquire Udinese midfielder Lazar Smaradzic in the winter, but were unsuccessful. The Serbian with a German passport could also end up at Juventus, who are currently negotiating a move for the player.

If Napoli fail to get Samardzic, Scotland and Bologna midfielder Lewis Ferguson is rumoured to be the second option. According to the latest reports from Calciomercato, Ferguson will have to shell out at least €18-20 million for Ferguson.

Earlier it was reported that the 24-year-old Scot is interested in three Italian grands: Milan, Juventus and Lazio.

Recall that the other day Zielinski passed a medical examination at Inter, which will move in the summer as a free agent, and the Pole will sign a three-year contract with the Nerazzurri.
