Details: According to Fabrizio Romano, the Uruguayan forward has given the green light for a move to Napoli. He is open to relocating to Italy and is excited about Antonio Conte’s project.
The only issue remaining is the transfer fee, as Liverpool is hoping to secure a substantial sum for the player. The striker’s salary expectations are also an important factor in any potential deal.
Incidentally, another Manchester United forward listed for transfer has also caught the eye of the Italian club. Rasmus Højlund is on Napoli’s radar, according to scouts.
Reminder: Scott McTominay had an outstanding debut season in Italy, but he could be on the move again this summer. The Scottish midfielder is attracting serious interest from Saudi side Al Hilal.
