Mourinho brutally trolls Barcelona fans! Real Madrid boss dedicates Clásico triumph to his enemies
José Mourinho has delivered another unforgettable moment after El Clásico! The Real Madrid manager celebrated his team's dramatic victory over Barcelona by sending a sarcastic message to the home supporters who had apparently ruined his afternoon nap.
Details: Following Real Madrid's 2-1 victory at Camp Nou on October 25, Mourinho revealed that Barcelona supporters had gathered outside his team's hotel and sung throughout the day. The Portuguese coach jokingly dedicated the victory to them: "I dedicate this win to the Barça fans who did not let me take my nap in the hotel today." He added that although he had missed his rest, he had beaten their team, before sending them a big hug.
Mourinho had plenty of reasons to celebrate. Real Madrid ended Barcelona's perfect start to the league season, with Kylian Mbappé scoring both goals for the visitors. The Frenchman opened the scoring in the 41st minute, before Raphinha equalised after the break. Mbappé then struck again in the closing minutes, completing a remarkable victory for Madrid.
The winning goal triggered wild celebrations on the touchline. Mourinho dropped to his knees and slid across the grass as his players celebrated a crucial result. His comments about the hotel added another chapter to his long history of provocative exchanges with Barcelona supporters. The Portuguese manager clearly enjoyed having the final word after a tense evening.
It's worth noting that Real Madrid's victory reduced their deficit to Barcelona in LaLiga from six points to three. Mbappé's decisive double also brought his total to 100 goals for Madrid across all competitions. Mourinho's side now have renewed momentum in the title race after ending the Catalans' nine-match winning start.
Reminder: Mourinho found a place for an unexpected newcomer! Real Madrid and Barcelona announce their lineups for El Clásico.
