More than just football? Cristiano Ronaldo spotted at padel tournament

Fresh off celebrating his 40th birthday, Cristiano Ronaldo remains as passionate as ever about football, showing no signs of retiring. However, the Portuguese superstar also has an interest in other sports, as he was recently seen in the stands at a padel tournament, Daily Mail reports.
Ronaldo attended the Premier Padel event in Riyadh, where he cheered on his fellow Portuguese players, Miguel and Nuno Deus. He was likely pleased with the outcome, as the duo secured a 6-3, 6-2 victory, advancing to the main draw of the competition.
This isn’t Ronaldo’s first public connection to padel. The footballer was spotted playing the sport in 2023 during an offseason trip to Singapore, where he picked up a racket and joined in a match.
Meanwhile, just days after his birthday, Ronaldo returned to action for Al Nassr, helping his team secure a 3-0 victory over Al-Fayha, with one of the goals coming from the Portuguese icon himself.
Additionally, reports suggest that Ronaldo is set to extend his contract with Al Nassr until the summer of 2026, further committing his future to Saudi Arabian football.
