Mohamed Salah addressed whether Jurgen Klopp's departure will affect his future at Liverpool

Egyptian star Liverpool Mo Salah commented on whether the departure of head coach Jurgen Klopp will affect his future at the club.

"Will Klopp's departure affect me? No, one day I will leave the club... but no," Salah told Sky Sports.

The Egyptian also recalled the day when the team learned about the German coach's decision.

"We had a meeting with the coach at 10:30, which was strange in itself. I saw his agent and thought he had extended his contract. And then van Dijk told me he was leaving... My reaction was, 'why?!'."

Jurgen Klopp has been coaching Liverpool since 2015. Under his guidance, the club became English champions for the first time in 30 years. Additionally, the Merseysiders won the Champions League in 2019.
