Morocco has suffered two major setbacks as the World Cup kicks off this Thursday, 11 June. The Atlas Lions are without two of their key players for the tournament hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico. Abde Ez and Nayef Aguerd have officially been ruled out of the World Cup.
However, Morocco’s manager, Mohamed Ouahbi, did not wait long to call up reinforcements. Amine Sbaï and Marwane Saadane have been called up to replace the two players who have withdrawn.
