Modrić divulged his future plans

Real Madrid's midfielder Luka Modrić expressed his intentions for the near future.

The vastly experienced Croatian playmaker mentioned his complete dedication toward securing trophies with the Madrid powerhouse.

“My plan is to keep making history at Real Madrid, to keep winning games, trophies and I hope it will happen this season. Hopefully I will enjoy every moment because you never know how long this will last at the best club in the world” said Modrich.

At 38 years old, Modrić has been with Los Blancos since 2021. Accumulating 508 appearances for the Whites across all competitions, he has netted 38 goals and contributed 80 assists. Alongside Real Madrid, Modrić has triumphed in the UEFA Champions League five times. In 2018, the Croatian claimed the prestigious Ballon d'Or award.

The current agreement between the midfielder and the Madrid club is set to conclude in June 2024. Previously, it was reported that two clubs from Saudi Arabia showed interest in securing the services of the Croatian.
