The transfer of Manchester City defender Kyle Walker to AC Milan appears imminent, with details emerging about the terms and timeline.
Details: According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the 34-year-old will join the “Rossoneri” on a loan deal that includes an obligation to buy. The agreement is expected to be finalized by Thursday or Friday. However, Walker will make his Milan debut only on February 2, during the Derby della Madonnina against Inter.
The delay is due to Walker needing to return to England after completing his medical and signing the contract to process his work permit for Italy.
Reminder: Reports also indicate Milan coach Sérgio Conceição is keen on signing Porto midfielder Alan Varela as part of the club’s ongoing transfer strategy.
