Milan shifts focus in search for new coach. Who is the main contender now?

After unsuccessful negotiations with Fabio Paratici, Milan is re-evaluating its plans for a new coach. It previously seemed that Paratici would become the club's new sporting director, defining transfer policy and advocating for a new coach.

Details: However, talks with him have stalled as the club is concerned about potential legal repercussions from his financial dealings at Juventus, despite his 30-month ban ending in July.

Furthermore: Now the Rossoneri are changing their strategy, including the search for a new coach. According to Corriere della Sera, Roberto De Zerbi and Antonio Conte would have been likely candidates only if Paratici became the sporting director. However, in the current situation, the club is turning its attention to free agents Max Allegri, Maurizio Sarri, and Bologna's coach Vincenzo Italiano.
