The Spanish defender Juan Miranda from Real Betis may bolster Milan in the upcoming transfer window.

The Rossoneri are poised to present the player with a five-year contract. He is set to become a free agent next summer.

The Serie A top club is hopeful that Real Betis will acknowledge the inevitability of Miranda's departure, prompting them to transfer him for a modest fee in January.

Juan Miranda joined Barcelona at the tender age of 15, demonstrating his prowess on the youth level. This eventually earned him four appearances for the Blaugrana's first team during the 2018/2019 season.

Subsequently, he embarked on loan spells with Schalke in Germany and Real Betis. In the summer of 2021, Juan Miranda made the move to the Seville-based club as a free agent. Currently, his market value on Transfermarkt stands at 9 million euros.

It is worth recollecting that Milan set a humbling record for Italian clubs in the UEFA Champions League.
