Mike Tyson Urges Fans Not to Worry About Him Fighting at 58
The legendary Mike Tyson has urged fans not to be concerned about him stepping into the ring at the age of 58.
Quote: "Thank you so much for your concern, but I'm fighting, and I'll be fine. What am I worried about? I can't think of anything or have any concerns on my mind.
I was born to do this. I was made for this. I was born to fill stadiums. This is what I've always wanted to do all my life," Tyson said in an interview with BoxingScene.
On Friday, November 15, Tyson's fight against the much younger Jake Paul will finally take place at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The bout will be held under special rules: eight rounds of two minutes each, with 14-ounce gloves.
Reminder: Mike Tyson was the undisputed world heavyweight champion. His last professional fight was on June 11, 2005, against Irishman Kevin McBride, in which he suffered a technical knockout loss.
