Details: Inter Miami has reignited its pursuit of Kevin De Bruyne, and this time, the midfielder himself has shifted his stance— the Belgian is now much more open to an MLS move than before.

Miami is hatching an ambitious plan: the management wants to assemble De Bruyne, Lionel Messi, Luis Suárez, Casemiro, and Rodrigo De Paul on the same squad. Essentially, they're aiming to build the most star-studded midfield in league history.

The Belgian has long been on the American club’s radar, with negotiations dating back to his Manchester City exit. Back then, De Bruyne chose to stay in Europe and joined Napoli, but now the scenario has changed.

It's worth noting that De Bruyne’s current contract with Napoli runs until the summer of 2027. At the 2026 World Cup, the Belgian netted against New Zealand and became the oldest player to score for Belgium at a World Cup - 34 years and 363 days.
