Memphis Depay and Corinthians have finally reconciled.

Details: According to ESPN Brasil, Memphis Depay's two-year contract extension will cost Corinthians $26 million. The Dutch forward has agreed to reduce the club’s debt to him from $15 million to $4 million, with the remaining $11 million to be paid in four installments.

Under the new agreement, Depay will earn $7.5 million per season. Additionally, he will receive two personal suites at the stadium, dates for hosting private events, and bonuses for team achievements. Notably, unlike his previous contract, he will no longer receive goal-scoring bonuses.

Let us recall that just a week ago, the deal seemed off: club president Ozmar Stabile halted the extension at the last moment, and an outraged Memphis, according to ESPN, was prepared to claim €30 million from the club. However, both parties managed to find common ground, and today Stabile officially confirmed the forward's contract extension through mid-2028.

It’s worth noting that Depay has been playing for Corinthians since September 2024. During this period, the 32-year-old Dutchman has made 79 appearances, scored 20 goals, and provided 15 assists, winning the Paulista Championship, the Copa do Brasil, and the Brazilian Supercup.

Reminder: Wow! Memphis Depay leaves Corinthians. What's next?
