Mbappé commented on his first goal in La Liga for Real Madrid

Real Madrid defeated Betis 2-0 in the third round of La Liga, with Kylian Mbappé scoring both goals, marking his first in Spain’s top flight for the "Whites."

After the match, Mbappé described the moment as extraordinary, highlighting the significance of scoring at such a legendary stadium.

"It’s a wonderful moment; I hoped to score at this iconic stadium, the best in the world. But the most important thing is the victory. After Las Palmas, it was crucial to win. It was a tough match, but we are Real," Mbappé shared his emotions.

He added that he joined Real with the intention of contributing to the team, enjoying some time off the field with his teammates, especially with Vinícius, and getting to know his teammates better.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid’s head coach, Carlo Ancelotti, was asked if Mbappé had relieved any pressure from himself after this game.

It's worth noting that Mbappé scored his first goal for Real Madrid against Atalanta in the UEFA Super Cup.

The star forward will have the opportunity to add to his goal tally after the international break. On September 14, Real Madrid will face Real Sociedad away, and three days later, they will host Stuttgart in the UEFA Champions League.
