Max Verstappen commented on his relationship with Lando Norris following a series of tough clashes

Max Verstappen has dismissed rumors that he and Lando Norris are no longer on speaking terms after their clashes on track in the last two Formula 1 races. During the most recent race in Mexico, the reigning Formula 1 champion even received a 20-second penalty due to an incident involving Lando Norris.

Quote. "You know how it is. Everyone knows you both go for it when you're fighting for a championship, even if you're best friends. We get it outside the track. You can be best friends or hate each other, but on the track it stays the same. If you start to change something, that's not good, I think.

We both understand that we're fighting for a championship. It's not a walk in the park!"
