Reports indicate that a conflict has erupted between Sarri and the club's management, with tensions escalating by the day. If both sides fail to reach a compromise, Sarri's departure at the end of the season seems inevitable, despite his current contract.
At the moment, Lazio sits 10th in Serie A with 37 points from 28 matches—an abysmal result for a club accustomed to fighting for medals and a Champions League spot.
Sarri's current contract with Lazio runs until the summer of 2027, but includes an extension clause.
