Lazio may be looking at a new head coach for next season.

Details: According to renowned and respected insider Nicolò Schira, writing on his X social media page, Rome-based Lazio is close to dismissing their 67-year-old head coach, Maurizio Sarri.

Reports indicate that a conflict has erupted between Sarri and the club's management, with tensions escalating by the day. If both sides fail to reach a compromise, Sarri's departure at the end of the season seems inevitable, despite his current contract.

Sarri's current contract with Lazio runs until the summer of 2027, but includes an extension clause.
