Maresca wants to poach Leicester midfielder to Chelsea

Chelsea have contacted Leicester City regarding the purchase of midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, according to talkSPORT.

Chelsea has joined the list of clubs showing interest in Dewsbury-Hall. The midfielder is valued by the "Foxes" at £35 million, and the move would allow him to reunite with his former head coach Enzo Maresca.

The 25-year-old played a key role in Leicester's return to the Premier League last season, scoring 12 goals and providing 14 assists.

Earlier, it was reported that Chelsea had decided against the transfer of Newcastle United forward Alexander Isak.

Chelsea's management no longer considers the Swedish player as a potential transfer. The reason is that Newcastle is asking for a very high fee for Isak, with the "Magpies" wanting around £115 million for the transfer.
