Manchester United-themed café near Old Trafford to close due to rat infestation
The United Cafe, a popular Manchester United-themed café located near Old Trafford, will temporarily close after rats were discovered on the premises, Dailymail reports.
The café, situated on Sir Matt Busby Way, is a favorite among Manchester United fans, who often visit it before matches. However, fans will now have to wait until the café complies with health and safety regulations.
The rat infestation has also affected the neighboring Legends café, which will be forced to close as well.
The United Cafe is known for its traditional English breakfasts, fish and chips, snacks like crisps, and a variety of other dishes.
Recently, Manchester United made a managerial change, appointing Ruben Amorim, formerly of Sporting Lisbon, to replace Erik ten Hag.
Currently, the Red Devils sit in 13th place in the Premier League, with only 15 points from 11 matches. Their performance in the Europa League is also struggling, with the club ranked 15th in the overall standings.
