Manchester United will be without a Europa League winner. The fault is the terms of the contract

Manchester United are looking to strengthen the midfield position in the summer transfer window and a suitable candidate has been in sight, but still Erik ten Hag will have to be without this player.
According to Alfredo Pedulla, Manchester United have been in contact with Atalanta over the transfer of midfielder Ederson. The Italian club even received an offer of 50 million euros, but the recent Europa League triumphant had to reject it.
The fact is that Atalanta will not be able to sell the midfielder in the last ten days of the transfer window, whatever the amount offered to the Italian club.
But Pedulla clarifies that relations between the teams are good and it cannot be ruled out that Manchester United will return to the candidacy of Ederson in the next transfer window.
It should be recalled that now at Old Trafford are making attempts to get PSG midfielder Manuel Ugarte.
