Manchester United has devised a plan to purchase PSG's midfielder
Manchester United is interested in acquiring PSG's defensive midfielder Manuel Ugarte, but is unwilling to pay the €51 million asking price.
According to The Guardian, the Red Devils' management has devised an alternative plan. They are prepared to wait until the deadline and make another attempt to sign the player. United is confident that Ugarte is no longer in Luis Enrique's plans, which might force PSG to sell the Uruguayan at a lower price as the deadline approaches.
Additionally, they may consider including players such as Victor Lindelöf, Casemiro, Antony, Jadon Sancho, and Scott McTominay in the deal. The latter two are the most likely to leave Old Trafford this summer.
It's worth noting that PSG's central midfielder, Manuel Ugarte, was left out of the squad for the first round of Ligue 1 against Le Havre. The reason, reportedly, is ongoing negotiations for his transfer to another club, specifically Manchester United.
