Manchester United ready to shell out over €100m for young talent

Benfica's young talent João Neves is a tidbit for top European clubs, who will have to shell out an extraordinary amount of money to bring him in. And one of them is willing to shell out an unusually large sum of money to do so.

The interest in the 19-year-old midfielder is being shown by Manchester United, who, following the Portuguese publication Record, have set aside over a hundred million euros to convince the Eagles to give up one of their leaders.

"Red Devils" want Neves so much that for his sake they are ready to break their own transfer record, which so far with the amount of 105 million euros for eight years Paul Pogba holds.

In addition to Neves, the Mancunians will also be looking at other Portuguese stars Morten Julmand and Gonzalo Inacio.
