Details: According to TEAMtalk, Manchester United have set their sights on 17-year-old defensive midfielder Ederson Castillo from Ecuadorian side LDU Quito.
It is reported that Castillo's transfer has already been approved by Manchester United's management. However, United's scouts are currently focused on other deals, so if the move does not materialize in January, the Ecuadorian talent is expected to join Old Trafford in the summer.

LDU Quito are not opposed to letting their wonderkid go, but they have made it clear they will only consider offers starting at £4 million.
Seventeen-year-old Ederson Castillo has already made six appearances for LDU Quito's senior team, including a Copa Libertadores clash against Deportivo Táchira San Cristóbal.
According to Transfermarkt, Ederson Castillo's market value is currently €500,000.
