Manchester City's chances for the Premier League title have dropped from 90.2% to 53.8%, as reported by the Opta Analyst computer.

The Opta supercomputer has updated its calculations ahead of the English Premier League match. At the beginning of the season, Manchester City was the undisputed favorite for victory. They were given a 90.2% chance of winning the title, but after four winless games, their chances have decreased to 53.8%. After 15 matches, Guardiola's team currently occupies the fourth position, trailing Arsenal by six points.

On the other hand, the chances for Arsenal (22.9%), Liverpool (20.7%), and Aston Villa (1.2%) have increased following their victories in the early games. Tottenham Hotspur, like Manchester City, has struggled to secure a win in four consecutive matches, with their winning probability assessed at 0.3.

Aston Villa hosted Manchester City at their home ground in the 15th round of the Premier League. The match took place on Tuesday, December 6. In the 74th minute, they managed to achieve a result, with Leon Bailey scoring a goal from Youri Tielemans' assist. Despite Manchester City's efforts to create opportunities, Aston Villa defended exceptionally well and maintained their slim advantage.

Aston Villa secured three points, moving up to the third position with 32 points. Meanwhile, Manchester City dropped to fourth place with 30 points.
