Manchester City vs Nottingham: what to know about the match?

Manchester City’s is enduring a rough patch, failing to win their last seven matches across all competitions. Pep Guardiola’s side has suffered six losses and one draw during this streak. Currently fifth in the table with 23 points from 13 games, City trails the league leaders by 11 points. In the Premier League, the "Citizens" suffered heavy defeats, losing 4-0 to Tottenham and 2-0 to Liverpool. Defensively, they’ve struggled, conceding nine goals across their last three matches, including a 3-goal concession in the Champions League.

Forest sits in the top half of the table, a surprising feat few predicted at the start of the season. With 22 points from 13 games, the "Tricky Trees" are just a point behind City. In their last five matches, Forest recorded three wins and two losses, including a narrow 1-0 victory over Ipswich in their previous outing. However, their offensive output has been modest, scoring only 16 goals—the lowest tally among the top 10 teams.
