Manchester City has made an excellent start to the Premier League season, winning all four of their matches with 11 goals scored and three conceded. In the Champions League last season, the team reached the quarter-finals, where they were eliminated by Real Madrid in a penalty shootout. However, in the 2022/23 season, the Citizens claimed the Champions League title.
Inter Milan has not been as consistent as Manchester City this season. In their first four matches, the Milanese side has secured two wins and drawn twice, accumulating eight points and sitting in second place in the table, just one point behind the leader. In last season's Champions League, Inter was knocked out in the Round of 16 by Atlético Madrid. However, they did reach the final of the tournament in 2023, where they faced Manchester City.
