Man City star İlkay Gündoğan becomes a father for the second time as wife shares touching photos

Sara, the wife of Manchester City midfielder İlkay Gündoğan, shared heartwarming news on her Instagram, announcing the birth of their second child—a baby girl named Ella.

Sara posted emotional photos from the hospital, including one where she cradles her newborn daughter while lying in a hospital bed. Another picture captures Gündoğan with their eldest son Kais, warmly welcoming the new family member.

Gündoğan returned to Manchester City last summer after spending a season with Barcelona. This season, the German international has played 36 matches across all competitions for the English club, scoring two goals and providing two assists.

Recently, there has been speculation about Galatasaray’s interest in signing Gündoğan. According to Fanatik, the Turkish club’s head coach Okan Buruk has personally contacted him, promising a key role in the squad.

Meanwhile, Manchester City currently sits fourth in the Premier League table, trailing leaders Liverpool by 20 points.
