That Mamelodi Sundowns knows how Rulani Mokwena’s style of play is going to make their Caf Champions League match a difficult one.

This is the view of Sundowns left-back Aubrey Modiba ahead of their continental tie against MC Alger this weekend in Algeria.

“We know how he plays, and it’s going to be a tough game for us in Algeria,” Modiba told the media. “It’s never easy, but we have a team that is going to pull up a fight irrespective of who is the coach, but it will be a nice feeling to see him again.”

Modiba says the fact that they are facing their former coach is something that’s dominating the conversation amongst his team-mates.

He also mentions that there has never bad blood between him and his former gaffer.

“We had a very good relationship with Mokwena,” he said

“It’s going to be a nice feeling to play against him because it never happened before.

“Everyone is looking forward to the game, even as guys we were speaking about it, that it’s going to be nice seeing him in a different gear.
