Major setback! Nico Williams sidelined with injury for an indefinite period

Details: Head coach Ernesto Valverde has announced that the 23-year-old winger Nico Williams is out indefinitely due to a developing groin hernia that is significantly hindering his ability to play football.
Valverde clarified that, at this moment, there is no exact timeline for Williams' recovery. The player will undergo a series of medical examinations, after which a treatment plan will be determined.

According to preliminary reports, Williams will be sidelined for at least a month, meaning he will miss the second leg of the Copa del Rey semi-final against Real Sociedad on March 3.
