Manchester United CEO Omar Berrada has unveiled the club’s strategy for the 2026 summer transfer window.
Details: According to The Mirror, the Red Devils’ management is aiming for a significant quality boost to the squad and intends to sign at least five top-level new players. The club is looking to replicate last year’s successful approach by targeting a mix of proven Premier League stars and exciting talents from overseas leagues.
Heading into the new campaign, Omar Berrada assures that the club has a clear vision for the future. In an interview with the club’s official YouTube channel, the Manchester United CEO stated:
“I think the template we used last summer will largely be repeated. Going into a transfer window, you never know exactly how you’ll come out of it, but you have to be as prepared as possible. You need to have an absolutely clear plan,” he said.
Reminder: Manchester United has extended the contract with goalkeeper Tom Heaton.
