Maduka Okoye Nominated for Serie A Player of the Month After Stunning May Form

Udinese goalkeeper Maduka Okoye has been nominated for the Serie A Player of the Month award for May following a standout run of performances.

The Super Eagles shot-stopper was in excellent form throughout the month, producing a string of impressive displays between the posts and keeping ten clean sheets as he played a key role for Udinese.

Okoye faces strong competition for the award, with other nominees including Armand Laurienté of Sassuolo, Donyell Malen of Roma, Inter Milan’s Lautaro Martínez, Lazio forward Tijjani Noslin, and Juventus striker Dušan Vlahović.
