PSG has no intention of parting ways with the architect of their recent triumphs.

Details: According to the Inews portal, Manchester United's management has failed in its attempt to lure 55-year-old PSG head coach Luis Enrique to Old Trafford.

Despite Michael Carrick's decent results as caretaker manager of the Red Devils, United have long dreamed of seeing Enrique at the helm. With uncertainty swirling around the Spaniard's contract talks with PSG, there was strong belief in England that they could sway Enrique’s decision.

However, according to sources, PSG’s transfer policy—along with a new, more lucrative financial offer—convinced Enrique of his value in Paris, bringing him closer to agreeing a new contract.

Enrique’s current deal with PSG runs until 2027, and the coach himself has yet to make a final decision about his future beyond that date.

Enrique took charge of PSG in July 2023. Since joining the Parisians, he has overseen 161 matches, racking up 113 wins, 25 draws, and suffering 23 defeats.
