Lucas Bergvall could move to Italy!

Turin giants Juventus are seriously considering making another move for a Tottenham player during the upcoming winter transfer window.

Details: According to TeamTalk, after successfully strengthening their squad last summer with goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario and midfielder Pape Sarr, the Italian club have set their sights on 20-year-old Swedish midfielder Lucas Bergvall.

Despite recently signing a contract extension with Tottenham, Bergvall has struggled for playing time under Roberto De Zerbi after the club bolstered its midfield. The player has already been offered to the Turin club through intermediaries. Although Pierre-Emile Højbjerg remains the Bianconeri’s top priority, scouts are keeping a close eye on the young Swede.

The key condition for a January move could be Tottenham’s willingness to let the midfielder leave on loan with an option to buy, similar to the deal that brought Pape Sarr to the club last summer.

In the 2026/27 season, Bergvall has made five appearances for the London club (260 minutes), recording no goal contributions. Transfermarkt values the Swede at €40 million, while his current contract with the “Spurs” runs until the summer of 2031.
