Liverpool have found Salah's replacement! Reds target Johan Bakayoko

Liverpool are ready to splash serious cash for the Belgian winger.

Details: According to renowned and respected journalist and insider Ekrem Konur on his social media page, Liverpool's management have identified 22-year-old Belgium international and RB Leipzig winger Johan Bakayoko as one of the main candidates to replace the outgoing Mohamed Salah.

Reports suggest Bakayoko's youth and playing style make him the perfect fit for the Reds, who are looking for a long-term solution on the flanks after Salah's departure.

Leipzig are not ruling out the sale of one of their key players, but have made it clear Liverpool will have to dig deep into their pockets.

Bakayoko joined Leipzig in the summer of 2025 from PSV for €18 million. This season, Bakayoko has only featured in 16 matches for the "Bulls" due to injury, but has still managed to score 3 goals.

Bakayoko's contract with Leipzig runs until 2030, and according to Transfermarkt, his market value is estimated at €22 million.
