Liverpool's first-choice right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold has officially announced his departure from the club, and the Merseysiders have already lined up a surprising replacement.

Details: According to L'Équipe, Liverpool are showing concrete interest in Monaco right-back Vanderson.

The top target for the English champions remains Bayer's Jeremie Frimpong, but if negotiations stall, the club will shift their focus to Vanderson.

The 23-year-old Vanderson has been playing for Monaco since January 2022. This season, he has scored 2 goals and provided 5 assists in 40 matches across all competitions.

Reminder: Earlier, Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk commented on Trent Alexander-Arnold's departure.
