Details: According to renowned and highly respected insider Fabrizio Romano on his X social media page, Fulham has submitted an official offer to Manchester City for 22-year-old Norwegian winger Oscar Bobb.
It is reported that Fulham has tabled a £35 million offer for Bobb. The player himself has repeatedly expressed his desire to leave Manchester City in order to get more playing time.

In addition to Fulham, Borussia Dortmund are also seriously interested in Oscar Bobb, but the "Black and Yellows" have yet to make an official bid, which casts doubt on the young Norwegian’s potential move to Dortmund.

Bobb’s current contract with Manchester City runs until 2029, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €25 million.
