Lewandowski's replacement found! Barcelona set sights on Premier League forward

Lewandowski's departure is becoming increasingly likely.

Details: According to DiarioAS, Barcelona have set their sights on 24-year-old Brazilian forward Joao Pedro from Chelsea.

Reports suggest that Joao Pedro is among the top contenders to boost the Blaugrana attack should 37-year-old Robert Lewandowski leave this summer, with Julian Alvarez also on the shortlist.

However, one of the main hurdles for both Alvarez and Pedro’s transfers could be the hefty price tags that Atletico and Chelsea are expected to demand for their stars.

Joao Pedro joined Chelsea from Brighton last summer for €63.7 million. This season, Pedro has featured in 47 matches for the Blues, netting 20 goals and providing 9 assists. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is now estimated at €75 million.
