It seems Gordon could be considered as an alternative to Marcus Rashford, whose signing might prove too expensive for Barcelona.

Anthony Gordon joined Newcastle in 2023 from Everton for €45 million. This season, Gordon has made 46 appearances for the Magpies, netting 17 goals and providing 5 assists.

His contract with Newcastle runs until 2030, and Transfermarkt currently values him at €60 million.
